Are you tired of attending meetings where the problem of sexual exploitation of children is discussed but the only action is to plan the next meeting? If so....you can do something! We believe the only solution to this evil is the Lord and He calls us to Go and Do.

Breaking Chains will be devoting at least 1 year to partner with several local ministries in the Nicaragua/Costa Rica corridor. Our focus will be to support several safe houses which are operational or about to open as well as to work the red zones of these countries to bring the light of Christ to the extreme darkness that deprives so many woman and children of their dignity. We are excited to be implementing what we believe is a key component to providing a holistic solution tg this evil by providing alternative employment opportunities to these woman and children through micro-enterprise small businesses.

Serving Opportunities..there are many ways to get involved! We believe in ACTION and focus our work on the streets and locations where these children work and live.....

We need long and short term mission teams and missionaries to come to help with the following

1 Outreach...these woman and children need to hear the good news of Christ and that only happens when we go out to them. The only requirement to successfully do this is the love of Christ and heart to go out and share the good news!

2. Safe house helpers..long/short term..the rescues get the glory but the real work begins once they are off the streets ... the real battle is to lead them first to salvation then to liberation and lastly prepare them for independence

3. Construction teams....all of the ministries we are working with have projects..some are small and could be done by a small work team in a week or less. Have your church send a team!

4 Rescue team..there is always great needs for men and woman willing to go into hell ie. bars, brothels, streets to help these woman and children get out. Yes there are risks involved but we believe and our experience shows when the Lord calls 1 to serve in this manner He is goes with us.

5. Sow a financial seed..to do the work requires assets, The obvious needs are taking care of the children who are rescued..food shelter, medical and school or job training all require assets. To rescue 1 child can cost between 50-3000 USD, If you cannot come but want to support those who can please click the DONATE tab above.

6. What drives everything and what we covet most are your prayers...will you commit to pray daily for the work the Lord is doing through us and for Him to direct us to those who we can get out and who are ready to change! Also prayer for protection for the rescue teams..there is danger at times and we need the covering.

7. Are you gifted in business? 1 of the great needs is to create jobs so these woman can support their families without prostitution. The Lord has opened some doors for us to create jobs but there are many needs and anyone with skills in this area can be used.

8. Administrative...to do the work front-lines requires a team stateside to take care of the business side of the ministry. There are needs for web developers, legal support, fundraisers, awareness, graphic design, creative types
